Customers are responsible for any import/customs duties & taxes that may be incurred. Journier is not responsible for any delays to shipping that may result of customs inspections & is required by law to declare the full value paid for goods on shipments.

RETURN POLICY

Returns – Damages in Transit

If your product arrives damaged in any way then we are here to help! Journier is a firm believer that good communication will help us to resolve any issues in a smooth, quick process.

We do have a few guidelines to begin with:

Please take photos of the packaging and the damage to the item as soon as it arrives and email us within 14 days of receiving the item. Your photos will help us in communicating with the shipping company and ensuring they take more care in the future.

 

If your product is small batch 

If there is stock of this item still available we will arrange for another item to be shipped to you straight away. If it’s out of stock, we will be able arrange one of the following for you – it’s your choice:

  • A full refund, including shipping, onto your credit card, or the original method of payment (please check with your card issuers policies for how many days it will take them to process the refund).

  • A store credit for the total value (including shipping)

We will also ask you to help us to care for the environment; we will arrange a pre paid postage bag to return the damaged item to me. As part of Journier’s ethos we upcycle, recycle and reduce waste as much as possible so I will repurpose the item – got to love our mother earth!

 

If your product is bespoke 

It’s one of a kind, which is why we love it, this does mean however that it is irreplaceable. If it is damaged in transit, chat to us and we can arrange for one of the following for you – it’s your choice:

  • A full refund, including shipping, onto your credit card, or the original method of payment (please check with your card issuers policies for how many days it will take them to process the refund).

  • A store credit for the total value (including shipping).

Returns – Change of Mind

Oh no, we thought you’d love it! But we understand if you change your mind and will happily offer you a store credit for the cost of the item (excluding shipping).

Simply return the item within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in the same condition and packaging as you received it (return shipping is at your expense). Once we receive the item back we will assess it's condition and if it is in original condition we will be in touch regarding a store credit. Please note, returning an item does not guarantee a full credit as it is dependent on the condition of the item.

We are unable to offer a full refund for a change of mind due to the detail and care we have taken in ensuring our product photographs and descriptions are true to each item. As with all online shopping please remember that colour is infinite (which is why it’s so amazing!) but this means it will vary when viewed on different devices and computer monitors.
